Accessibility

The UK UPA supports and promotes Accessibility best practice within User Experience. We have a dedicated role on the committee (currently up for election), and regularly hold events that focus on the latest thinking and practice around Accessibility within user-centred design.

With the recent development of this website, and as the Accessibility role (previously held by the current president, Chandra Harrison) is currently up for election, we are developing comprehensive guidance for this page, which will be published shortly. In the mean time please contact Chandra if you have any comments or questions.

Also, due to the beta nature of the site at launch, our website accessibility statement is also in development so this will be published as a matter of priority.
