About Me: I’ve been doing software design and project management for over 5 years in a huge company (130,000 employees). For the past 2 years, I’ve been focusing on Interaction Design, developing the expertise within the organisation. I’m also in my second year of doing a masters at the same time in Interaction Design (lots to do!). I have experience in working on UX in a large corporation and understand the challenges & benefits that come along with this. I’m part of the team that is pioneering UX design for internal software and services – have recently run a 2 day virtual conference across 40 offices globally with 300 attendees all on Usability.
