As a Senior Usability Analyst you will identify, co-ordinate and conduct Customer Centered Design (CCD) activities across channels, programmes and projects demonstrating a pragmatic balance of centralised design with business priorities and needs.

As a Senior Usability Analyst you will identify, co-ordinate and conduct Customer Centered Design (CCD) activities across channels, programmes and projects demonstrating a pragmatic balance of centralised design with business priorities and needs.
It is important that you build strong relationships within IT & Networks and with Channel stakeholders to ensure CCD is represented.
Located Bristol. Some travel within the UK, to other FT sites across Europe and occasionally the Rest of the World, is expected.
To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Masters degree qualification in Ergonomics, Psychology, human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline.
• Wide knowledge and experience of selecting and applying CCD tools and methods
• Knowledge and practical experience of technologies, such as Usability labs, Morae, Snag it, Syncaps etc.
